1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using HellClient ("the Software"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Software.

2. Definitions

• "Software" refers to the HellClient application, all associated files, updates, and documentation.
• "License Key" refers to the unique alphanumeric code provided upon purchase.
• "HWID" refers to the Hardware Identifier, a unique fingerprint derived from the User's device hardware.

3. License Grant

Upon valid purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on one (1) device at a time. This license is personal and may not be shared, sublicensed, resold, or distributed to any third party.

4. HWID Binding & Resets

Your License Key is bound to a unique Hardware Identifier (HWID) upon first activation.

• HWID resets are available for purchase at €5.00 per reset.
• Lifetime users receive HWID reset privileges as part of their plan.
• HellClient reserves the right to deny HWID reset requests in cases of suspected abuse.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed by our authorized payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

6. Refund & Chargeback Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of the Software, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You waive any right of withdrawal once the License Key has been delivered and/or activated.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a chargeback, your license will be immediately and permanently revoked, and your account blacklisted.
• HellClient reserves the right to pursue recovery of all costs incurred due to fraudulent chargebacks.

If you experience technical issues, contact support via our official Discord server before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security, licensing, or HWID verification mechanism.
• Share, redistribute, lease, rent, or resell the Software or any License Key.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or third-party terms.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or licensing limits.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

HellClient reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your license and/or account at any time, without prior notice and without refund, if you violate any provision of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including code, design, branding, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of HellClient.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. HellClient does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HellClient and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

12. Modifications to Terms

HellClient reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
